Regional training course on Renewable Energy Systems
Quito, 13-15 October 2009

The main objective of the training course was to introduce participants from Latin America and the Caribbean to the concepts and applications of Renewable Energy Systems (RES).

The course was designed for professionals working in governmental, state and municipal agencies. The 3-day course provide participants with an organised set of concepts and principles useful for the evaluation, analysis and decision making regarding RES.

The course was held at the headquarter of the Latin American Energy Organisation in Quito, Ecuador, and was conducted in Spanish with simultaneous translation to English.
